英文摘要:

To reduce the emissions of nutrients and carbon from biogas slurry and biogas, the role of a strigolactone analog (GR24) in the regulation of the growth of the fungi-microalgae pellets and the removal efficiencies of nutrients and carbon dioxide were investigated. In this study, 10(-9) M GR24 concentration promoted a 1.30 and 1.50-fold increase in the growth rate and average daily production rate of Ganoderma lucidum (G. lucidum)/Scenedesmus obliquus (S. obliquus) symbionts compared with the control group (0.261 +/- 0.02 d(-1) and 0.098 +/- 0.008 g L(-1)d(-1)), respectively. Simultaneously, chlorophyll a concentration and photosynthetic efficiency were significantly improved compared with the control group by induction of a suitable GR24 concentration (P < 0.05). G. lucidum/S. obliquus pellets showed a higher ability for nutrient reduction and carbon dioxide removal than G. lucidum/ Chlorella vulgaris (C. vulgaris) pellets. When the GR24 concentration changed from 10(-9) M and 10(-7) M, the maximum removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and carbon dioxide achieved by G. lucidum/S. obliquus pellets were 10.85%, 11.26%, 10.59%, and 14.75% higher than that without induction (P < 0.05), respectively. This study provides a better strategy for mass treatment of biogas slurry and biogas.
